Flat Iron Ranch is located just outside Hamilton, Montana, on 400 acres of prime land strategically located in the midst of the Bitterroot Valley which is nestled between two of the most majestic mountain ranges in the western region of Montana---the Bitterroot Mountains on the west and the Sapphire Mountains on the east.

Arrow Hill

Arrow Hill Ranch consists of forty one estate-sized homesites averaging 6.3 acres apiece.  The 272 acre ranch is located adjacent to Hamilton, MT to the southeast.  The topography provides for fantastic views of the Bitterroot Mountains to the west and to the east residents will view across the Hamilton Golf Club with the Sapphire Mountains beyond.  Over fifteen acres, including a small pond, have been set aside as common area for the enjoyment of the residents.  A rural Montana lifestyle will be enjoyed plus a convenience of being so close to Hamilton.

Riverwood Park

Riverwood Park, completed in 2004, was sold out within months of being offered. Adjacent to the Whitefish River in Whitefish, Montana, this development is comprised of six four-unit residential sites, thirty six townhome sites, and one site for eighty apartment units.  Amenities included a paved hike and bike trial along the river plus fantastic views of the Big Mountain Ski Area. 

Creekwood Park

Creekwood Park, located in Whitefish, Montana, was sold out in just over one year.  This premier development is comprised of 57 single family homesites ranging in size from 1/4 acre to just over 1 ½ acres in size.  Mountain views and pine trees along with a 4 ½ acre tranquil park enhanced by Cow Creek provide a peaceful setting to this project.  After completion in 2003 this community was annexed into the City of Whitefish.
